N2 - Cyberphysical systems are the result of the merger of physical capital, human capital and intellectual assets. A new economic reality is emerging, which leads to the death of links that perform mediation functions. The relevance of the problem of transformation of intellectual capital under the influence of digital technologies is confirmed by the study Hausberg, J.P., Liere-Netheler, K., Packmohr, S. et al. (2019) according to which the number of publications on this issue in recent years exceeds 400 articles per year. The purpose of our research is to study the phenomenon of transformation of intellectual capital on the materials of companies in the north-western region of Russia and to identify new models of intellectual capital formed under the influence of digital transformation. The methodology of the study includes interviews with entrepreneurs and top managers and statistical analysis of the results of the study to identify new parameters of the functioning of the intellectual capital of the enterprise.
