Charged particles emission in a magnetic field on the basis of Boltzmann equation solution is studied. The series of specific emission cases from a moving source near the absorption screens in given. Calculations are based on a method of imaginary emission. The results may be used when we study phenomena which occur in a plasma close to the Earth and in space, as well as studies of phenomena which take place due to moving sputnics in ionosphere and in cosmos.
