A theoretical comparison of the hydrogen ($H$) and antihydrogen ($\bar{H}$) atoms in an external magnetic field is made. The 21 cm absorption line is the subject of discussion. It is shown that the difference of radiation polarization in this line in an external magnetic field can be used for the search of antihydrogen atom in the universe.
