abstract = "The work presents the results of trial experiments on the use of {"}auditory magnetometry{"} in clinical practice, both for assessing the state of neurons in auditory system, and the effectiveness of electromagnetic stimulation of auditory neurons in order to improve the indicators of sensitivity. In the first task context, a comparison between standard audiograms and experimental magnetoaudiograms for the subjects of different ages and sexes under different body positions (sitting, lying on their back or on their stomachs) was made. Within the second direction, the influence of a weak magnetic field (exposure - 15 min.) on the hearing thresholds was assessed. The subjects were 15 patients with 3 or 4-th degrees of sensorineural hearing loss at the age from 18 to 45 years. Changes in the measured magneto-audiograms with the position of the subject's body (manifestations of vestibular reactions) and their gender characteristics are shown. Data on improve of auditory sensitivity after a session of electromagnetic stimulation (mostly in the frequency range up to 2000 Hz) was presented. In the subjective assessments of the patients, the sensations associated with the progress in speech intelligibility were recorded. The prolongation of the study, an extension of the experimental group of patients with audiological profile and of the program of stimulation is planned.",
