Understanding the mechanisms of energy transfer between the elements of heterostructures used in optoelectronics is essential for optimizing the design of the devices. This problem is being actively studied at various types of objects [1–4]. The transfer of excitons and carriers as well as the dipole-dipole FÖrster type transfer [5] are possible.
