Manganese oxide film electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition on carbon paper. The structure of the deposited material corresponding to ε-MnO2 was determined using high-resolution X-ray diffraction. The specific capacity values of the manganese oxide-based cathode material (110–120 mA-h/g) and their dependence on the current density were observed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge. The variation in the capacitive characteristics of the material with an increase in the number of cycles was investigated at multiple charge/discharge cycles (up to 200).
