N2 - The sub-Poisson laser theory using Heisenberg-Langevin operator equations was presented. The squeezed quadrature component was calculated and the sub-Poissonicity-squeezing relation was discussed. The photocurrent spectrum at laser radiation recording was evaluated and the shot noise suppression at near-zero frequencies was demonstrated. The problem was solved without neglecting of the phase diffusion of the generation field.
