N2 - A review of papers on the study of probabilities of the electronic-vibrational-rotational (EVR) radiative transitions in a hydrogen molecule and its isotopomers is presented. Special attention is paid to the description of a semi-empirical approach to this problem suggested and developed at the Chair of Optics of the Department of Physics of the St. Petersburg State University. The references concerning all data on probabilities of the EVR transitions between stable states and adiabatic dipole moments of electronic transitions are presented for the first time. Semiempirical data are compared with the most exact ab initio calculations whenever it is possible.
