For the transport properties evaluation, two state-resolved models-detailed electronic-vibrational and simplified electronic- A re developed. These models can be applied for the arbitrary mixture of neutral and ionized atomic and molecular species taking into account electronic degrees of freedom of atoms and electronic-vibrational-rotational states of molecules. The influence of increasing effective collision diameter on the transport properties of high-temperature ionized Ar/Ar+/e- and C/C+/e- mixtures is evaluated. Detailed and simplified state-resolved models are applied for the calculation of thermal conductivity and shear viscosity of pure N2 and O2 gases. It is emphasized that for the state-resolved models, the internal energy transfer is governed by the diffusion process. Shear viscosity coefficients of molecular species can be calculated using the one-temperature approach without considerable loss of accuracy.
