N2 - In result of numerical and analytical consideration is shown, that the essential part electrons, having been in area undercritical density, under action of arising forces is formed in clots and takes off for vacuum in a direction, different from normal to a normal of a surface in a narrow interval of corporal corners. The received results prove an opportunity of laser electrons acceleration at reflection USLP from a flat target.
