Based on the data of sociological inquiries, some principles for the conservation of interethnic concordance are formulated. A mathematical model is proposed. It explains the oscillatory character of the estimates for the state of interethnic relations. A method for damping oscillations is described. The existence of the parity of mutual concessions is shown. A model of parity is constructed; and a strategy of leveling quantitative proportions is proposed.
