A control system is considered that consists of an unstable linear continuous part and a frequency-pulse modulator in the feedback circuit. A case is considered when plant transfer function has a pole laying strictly to the right from the imaginary axis. The conditions are obtained that guarantee system solutions restrictedness for any initial data.
