Dynamics of networks which tend to reach consensus from the MaxEnt principle perspective is considered. We use an approach based on the Speed-Gradient Principle that was successfully used to investigate entropy-driven systems. We derive a new equation describing dynamics of networks with an arbitrary topology and show the convergence to the uniform distribution, i.e. consensus state.
