The authors have developed the software osc2xrd which allows conversion of two-dimensional powder diffraction data from curved detectors of Rigaku RAXIS Rapid II into standard profiles applicable for further processing in the full-profile Rietveld refinements, using conventional packages such as GSAS, FullProf, Topas Jana.
