N2 - The online trade network model is considered in this paper. In some nodes of such network consumers are located. Each consumer purchases a particular good at cost due to the price of goods and transport costs. In some nodes of the network online-retailers seek to allocate the points of goods delivery. The points of goods delivery are placed according to the optimality principle. The compromise solution is chosen as optimality principle in the model. The algorithm for finding the optimal placement of goods delivery points is proposed in this paper.
