Relevance. Acording to WHO's data, simultaneous disease that need surgery are in 20-30% of surgery departments. Frequency of simultaneous operations in patients is no more than 6%. Aim. To identify general restricting factors for laparoscopic simultaneous interventions and propose solutions to their eradication. Matherial and methods. Own experience of 1896 laparoscopic simultaneous operations and features of general narcosis course. Results. 4 main groups of problems restricted performance of simultaneous laparoscopic operations were detected, solutions were proposed. Conclusion. Simultaneous laparoscopic operations are safe and feasible in rational boding of complexity of operation and narcosis course, surgeon assistants' preparing, adequate ergonomics of equipment and proper operational approach.
