N2 - © 2014 IEEE. This paper presents the results of computer simulation of EHD flows in a symmetric wire-wire electrode system at different values of low-voltage conductivity. The simulation used the finite element method on the basis of the Poisson, the Navier-Stokes, and the Nernst-Planck equations. The level of the low-voltage conductivity was found not only to affect the electrical current, but also to change the structure of arising EHD flows.
