N2 - Revealing of the connection between speech development features and reading skills mastering was the goal of the present investigation. Different aspects of 100 children’s speech development and vocal-speech child-adult interaction strategies were analyzed. Children’s reading skills mastering at the age of 4-7 years were estimated. The results of the investigation showed that successful reading skill mastering to the age of 6.5-7 years was revealed for children that developed normally or with outstrip during the first year of life. Babbling occurrence at 6-9 months, mother’s voice imitation, increased with child’s age, mother’s repeating of child’s vocalizations, first words appearance to the end of the first year of life, telegraphic speech offering on the second year of life, ability to text reconstruction when picture examining on the 3-4 years of life, complex speech construction and different parts of speech use in dialogs in 6-7 years were revealed for children with successful reading skills mas
