There were three schemes (Schemes 9, 22 and 23) included in the article from Dr Matthias Knorn's PhD thesis (https://epub.uni-regensburg.de/32543/) for which the authors should have sought permission. The authors did not seek permission to re-use these schemes nor did they acknowledge the source of the schemes. Post-publication permission was sought to re-use the schemes but was declined. The Editor therefore decided to retract the article.
