A rigid body with an electrostatically charged screen of an arbitrary shape moves in a near-earth circular nonequatorial orbit. The paper studies the perturbation effected by Lorentz forces upon vibrations of a gravity-stabilized body in conditions of parametric resonances. Possible resonance ratios of vibration frequencies for an undisturbed system are found and the respective curves are plotted on the inertia parameters plane. Conditions are formulated for the boundedness of resonant vibrations of the body. Cases of rising vibrations are identified.
