The article is devoted to the study of communication of rational-value systems, a concept proposed by the author to explain and unite the physical and technical worlds, individual and social levels of consciousness, political decision-making and their implementation, etc. The concept of rational-value systems is based on several scientific approaches: structural-functionalist, cybernetic, behavioral, etc. The article analyzes the possibility of modeling rational communication and examines the types of rational-value communication. The author proposed the following characteristics of communication of this kind: the strength and distance of the semantic connection, the strategy of behavior and options for moves, the level of communication tension as a result of uncertainty, the chances and risks of combining two or more communicants, etc. As a result, the article presents an example of a data window of a rational interaction network - value systems.
