The vaporization of glass-forming phosphates of periodic table Group III elements was studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry. A number of regularities are revealed from the analysis of qualitative and quantitative vapor compositions. The data obtained allows the prediction of the character of vaporization of oxygen-containing acid salts.
