The data contained in this manual supersedes the appropriate sections of the reference data "Wind and waves in oceans and seas" that were previously published by the Register of the USSR (L.: Transport, 1974).The study has been carried out at the St. Petersburg branch of the State Oceanographic Institute, the Institute for High Performance Computing and Information Systems, and at the Department of Oceanology of the St. Petersburg State University. Authorized persons: L.I. Lopatukhin, A.V. Bukhanovsky, A.B. Degtyarev, V.A. Rozhkov.
