The mineral compositions of the veins and surrounding greisens in a scheelite stockwork have been examined, together with the behavior of petrogenetic, heavy, and rare elements. The rock-forming minerals vary in amount and composition as the vein contacts are approached, and this is accompanied by extensive element redistribution. It is concluded that the veins were produced by a metasomatic concretional mechanism. -Journal summary
