The article presents the author’s methodology of reconstruction of Max Weber’s conception of political power. Its universal character allows to apply this methodology to reconstruction of theories of any other classics of social science. Scattered thesis of Weber about power and domination are systematized in the logical verified conception, using of which allows either to conduct a comparative analysis with other theories of power and to analyze practices of state governance and work out directions of state policy. As a result of a reconstruction, the author of this article presents a three-leveled conception of power and conducts a comparative analysis of it with conceptions of a political power of Michel Foucault, Paul Bourdieu and Niklas Luhmann. The article also presents actualization of Max Weber’s ideas of political power and domination on the example of a political power and practice of Germany considering the process of its formation as a state from the moment of the creation until nowadays.
