N2 - The new remits of 23OTh/U-dating of sulfide on formations from the "Ashadze-1" hydrothermal field have confirmed die presence of the modem ore-framing stage during the last ~ 7 thousand years within the range of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge with three older ones during ̃ (16-23), (33-41) and (58-65) thousand yean. Opportunities and restrictions of the practical use of the 210Pb/Pb-method of young sulfide ores dating from die «9*50 N» hydrothermal field at the Eastern Pacific Rise are considered. Geochronological data obtained have only an assessed character which testify that the age of these formations does not exceed 100-120 years.
