An extension of the generalized string-flip model on the spin-spin interaction is suggested. Compact integral equations for restricted Green’s function and partial S-matrices are derived. By means of the extension theory for symmetric operators, additional degrees of freedom related to compound resonances are considered. On the basis of developed formalism the numerical calculations of nucleon-nucleon scattering at intermediate energy are performed.
