The article presents clinical observation of the successful combined (medicamental and surgical) treatment of pulmonary disseminated mycobacteriosis caused by non-tubercular M. avium, and congenital lung malformation (pulmonary sequestration) in the adolescent. Appointment of drugs considering he sensitivity of non-tuberculosis M. avium and robotic-assisted videothoracoscopic left lower lobectomy led to recovery of the patient with such a complex combined pathology.
