The purpose of this article is to integrate from the positions of the systems approach the principal global threats to the world community development leading to the global crises. Low efficiency and insufficient financing of the basic directions of global crises prevention is analyzed. System model of the global threats to the world community is developed, allowing to classify them and to reveal their negative synergy. Approaches to management of Global Crises protection which cannot solve a problem and are at a deadlock are critically analyzed, their inefficiency and inexpediency is shown. New principles and strategy of the Global Crises prevention and its international financing are offered which differ from the current attempts and standard ways.
