N2 - The problem of applied meliorative classification (SMC) are discussed. The structure of SMC includes three subsystems: SMC of overmoistened and boggy soil, SMC of drainage soil and SMC of soil cover. It was shown that the soil drainage was the triggering phase of a new soil-forming process.
