The results of calculations wave fluxes from radio meteor observations at Obninsk in 1979-1980 are presented. The vertical wave energy flux varies from 6 multiplied by 10** minus **3 W multiplied by m** minus **2 in winter to 1 multiplied by 10** minus **3 W multiplied by m** minus **2 in summer. The vertical mass flux corresponds to a rise at rates of 1 to 4 cm multiplied by (times) sec** minus **1. The heat flux is always directed upwards. The values of the zonal wave acceleration in the winter amount to minus (80-100) m multiplied by sec** minus **1/day in a wasterly direction and in the summer - to plus (10-20) m multiplied by sec** minus **1/day in an easterly direction. The meridional wave acceleration amounts to plus (10-50) m multiplied by sec** minus **1/day in spring and minus (10-50) m multiplied by sec** minus **1/day in winter and summer. This experimentally confirms the existing assumptions that internal gravity waves in the upper atmosphere promote deceleration of the zonal flux and the formation of a meridional circulation.
