We solve the three-particle multichannel Coulomb scattering problem with rearrangement channels without partial wave decomposition on the base of Faddeev-Merkuriev equations. Highly efficient numerical approach allowed us to perform the detailed calculations of all possible S-wave cross-sections in systems e+e−p¯ and e+e− He ++ for low-energy binary collisions.
