The study was made of immunological activity of a new soluble E. coli derived HIV1 recombinant antigen - Trx gp41 and possibility to enhance the immune response by safe immunomodulator polyoxidonium. Polyoxidonium was found to increase 4-fold the anti gp41 antibody titer.
