A thermodynamic analysis is given of an equilibrium aggregative system including molecular and ionic aggregates of various sizes. The equilibrium and stability conditions of an aggregative system and the size distribution in a micellar system have been deduced. Properties of nuclei and micelles are compared. The influence of interaction of aggregates on the size distribution is determined.
