The problem of finding a joint solution for the organizers of geopolitical events in various regions is taken into consideration in this paper. In the set of all potential joint solutions, each organizer is interested in maximizing their own income function. Regions where geopolitical events take place and the training facilities where the required specialists are trained both have an impact on the income. As the principle of optimality, a compromise solution is adopted, which is an acceptable solution that causes the most dissatisfied geopolitical event organizer the least amount of income loss. A numerical example is solved for the case of three organizers.
