N2 - The paper presents some data on the physico-chemical study of the C60-tris-malonic derivative water solutions. The data on the temperature dependence of solubility in water, concentration dependence of density, concentration dependence of the hydrogen ion concentration, specific conductivity, molar conductivity, dissociation constant, and dynamic light scattering are presented and characterized; composition of equilibrium solid phase in binary C60-tris-malonic derivative + water system is determined.
