The paper presents novel data on physico-chemical investigation of the C60-l-threonine water solutions. The data on temperature dependence of solubility and viscosity, concentration dependences of density, specific conductivity, molar conductivity, dissociation constant, activity coefficients as well as experimental data on dynamic light scattering are presented and discussed. The excess thermodynamic functions were calculated using Virial Decomposition Asymmetric Model (VD-AS) based on virial expansion of the excess molar Gibbs energy by mole fractions of the solution components.
