The paper describes the experimental data on physico-chemical study of the C60-L-lysine derivative water solutions. The data on temperature dependence of solubility in water, concentration dependence of density, specific conductivity, molar conductivity, dissociation constant as well as experimental data on dynamic light scattering are presented and discussed.
