economy in Russia, India and China - the key countries of the Shanghai Cooperation
Organization, highlights general trends in the development of the digital economy
that directly affect the future development of countries and international relations.
Among them, there is a tendency towards netocratic development, the formation
of new political and economic trends closely related to the specifics of the
development of the financial and technical sector, the banking sector, the segment
of development of service applications and telecom development.
