Sufficient conditions of existence of periodic regimes with one or two pulses on a period are obtained for a system of automatic control with frequency-pulse modulation of the second kind. The method of frequency-pulse systems investigation is based on the principle of the fixed point of the shift operator by trajectories. It is assumed that continuous dependence of solutions on initial data is absent and trajectories have discontinuities at the moments of pulse occurrence.
