A linear - quadratic control problem for singular perturbed autonomous systems is considered. It's required to determine an optimal control under the lack of information about states, i.e. by using only the dominated states (full or not full measurements). In the paper there's used the approach when the optimal control is minimax. Some computational aspects arrising because of singularities are discussed.
