The paper presents key results of the authors’ 2016 study of e-governance ? open data resources in Eurasian Economic Union member states. Monitoring methods are described. Basic international and EEU requirements are identified that apply to the member states’ open government platforms. Comparative conclusions are made to highlight to what extent the countries’ e-governance websites provide publicity for the government and encourage cooperation between people and government.
