In answer to the criticism of his views on the structure of the upper sedimentary cover of West Siberia, based, to a large extent, on space image (SI) and high-altitude photograph interpretations, and the author explains the basic principles he has followed in his geological interpretation. The origin of major landforms in the old glacier area of the West Siberian plain are considered.
