The magnetic phase transition in the iron nickel FCC alloy Fe70Ni30 is investigated using a three dimensional analysis of the neutron beam polarization. Thermal hysteresis of the magnetic system parameters was found in the critical regime above Tc. A strong effect of the magnetic field on the value of depolarization as well as the width of the hysteresis loop is demonstrated,
