Abstract: An ordinary second-order differential equation with a positive parameter and withdiscontinuous right-hand side that changes its sign at the point of the jump is considered. Variousboundary value problems for it are stated, including mixed and periodic boundary conditions.Theorems on the existence of periodic solutions of the boundary value problems in question areestablished. The results are illustrated by examples.
