It is shown that natural oscillations localized near an inclusion are possible in the system 'an infinite string on an elastic foundation - a point inertial inclusion moving with a constant subcritical velocity'. The dependence of oscillations amplitude on frequency is found for a slowly accelerating inclusion. The solution constructed is valid at a time interval when inclusion velocity is not close to the critical one.
