N2 - The experimental results on polarized neutron off-specular scattering from periodic magnetic multilayers Fe/Al and Co/Ti are presented and discussed in terms of the conformal correlated interface roughness. It is shown that strong roughness conformity in both systems leads to the coherent enhancement of scattering in off-specular directions, if the component of the momentum transfer normal to the surface satisfies the Bragg conditions. Corresponding Bragg sheets were recorded up to the second order. Anomalous peaks on these sheets are observed and explained in terms of DWBA.
