The experimental results on off-specular polarized neutron scattering from magnetic multilayers: periodic 60Co/Ti for (+) spin state and aperiodic (supermirror) 50Fe/Al for both spin components are presented for saturated field applied within the sample plane. The data are quantitatively described within the framework of the distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA). A set of parameters characterizing conformally correlated interface roughness is determined.
