N2 - The exact expressions for the partial S-matrix elements for p̄n and p̄p systems are obtained in the extended Hilbert-space model with continuous spectrum of resonances treated as the annihilation channel. A numerical algorithm for the scattering-data calculation is suggested. A satisfactory agreement between experimental and theoretical data is obtained.
