Scattering theory for supersymmetric hamiltonians with an arbitrary number of degrees of freedom is developed in the nonstationary approach. The interpolatinf relations between exact and asymptotic supercharges by means of wave operators are introduced. The general structure of the S-matrix for the supersymmetric hamiltonians and the physical meaning of this structure for nuclear interactions are described.
